Pritchett Wins First Professional Event
Zack Pritchett was playing in his first professional tournament in the Emerald Coast Golf Tour. He went wire to wire with the victory as he took the first round lead with a 68 and followed that up with a 69-71-208. It was good for a two shot win over Hattiesburg native Matt Fast. Fast had rounds of 73-70-67 and finished at 210. Doug Barron and Blake Kelley tied for third at 214. Pritchett started the final round with a 6 shot lead. With three holes left Fast was within 1shot of the lead. Pritchett hug on and had his first professional win. The tournament was wet and soggy but we managed to get it in.
