Luke Moser Wins Fall Championship in Playoff!
Luke Moser went wire to wire to win the Fall Championship Pro Am at Kelly Plantation in Destin FL. Luke had 10 birdies in the first round as and opened with a 63 and had a five shot lead over Tom Lovelady. The 63 was a course record at Kelly Plantation. Moser had a second round 68 but his lead was down to 2 heading into the final round as Lovelady posted a 7 under 65. On the final round Moser was 3 under at the turn to lead by 3 over Lovelady heading into the back nine. Lovelady got hot on the back and Moser had a one stroke lead going into the final hole. After three putting for bogey on the final hole they were tied and heading to a playoff. In the playoff Moser hit a great shot in the Par 5 18th and would make birdie as Lovelady made bogey to give Moser his first professional win. Grade Bram of Hammond LA was third at 208 after a final round 66. Lawrence Allan and Jake Tucker tied for 4th at 211 Kyle Sapp was 6th at 214.
The Pro Am was won by Bill Miles Gabe Wheeler Sr Gab Wheeler Jr and FSU great Jimmy Jordan. The Pro Sponsor Shootout was won by Kirk Thomas and Richard Corley.
