Hamrick wins ECGT Winter Tour event at Marcus Pointe!
Hunter Hamrick’s final round 65 was good for a six shot victory in the Emerald Coast Tour Winter tour event at Marcus Pointe in Pensacola FL. Hamrick who is from Montgomery AL started the final round with a one shot lead over Luke Moser. After nine holes Hamrick was still leading by one over Moser and Will Cannon and Cam Norman. Hamrick shot a 30 on the back nine including a birdie birdie, eagle finish for the six shot win. It was Hamrick’s second victory on the tour and his first this year. Luke Moser who just graduated from Troy finished three under par for the tournament to tie for second with Will Cannon of Birmingham who had a final round 69. Chip Deason of Evans GA finished fourth at one under for the tournament.
